Tour description
Departure from Naples, Sorrento or Salerno (hotel/port/station) – Transfer by minivan/minibus along the coast to arrive around 10:00 am in Sorrento. Sorrento stands on a terrace that rises rapidly above the sea on one of the most spectacular points of the Campania coast. Thanks to its location and a mild climate, Sorrento was one of the favorite places of the ancient Romans. (stop in Sorrento for about 1 hour) – Transfer along the spectacular coast to Positano located in the center of the Amalfi coast with its white or pastel-colored houses, the parish of S. Assunta and its splendid majolica dome, the beaches and alleys full of shops ideal for shopping. (stop in Positano for about 1 hour) – Continuation of the day with a visit to Amalfi, of its prestigious past the town holds important testimonies; to visit the cathedral dedicated to St. Andrew which dominates the square of the same name from the top of a staircase and the intricate alleys of white houses perched one on top of the other.
(stop in Amalfi for about 1 hour) – Last visit of Ravello (Vietri sul mare for departures from Salerno) among the most precious gems of the Amalfi coast famous for its quiet atmosphere and its views. Its image is linked to villas including the most famous Villa Rufolo, with its breathtaking view and gardens. (stop in Ravello or Vietri sul mare of about 1 hour). – Return to Naples, Sorrento or Salerno at 5:15 pm.
Pick-up Information
Hotel pick-up: at all hotels and b&bs in Naples. The hotel will be indicated by the customer at the time of booking.
Port pick-up: at the Beverello pier or the Calata gate pier in Naples respectively upon the arrival of hydrofoils and ferries from the islands of the gulf. The driver will be waiting on the pier with a name sign.
Cruise pick-up: at the Maritime Station upon arrival of cruise ships. Immediately near the ship, the driver will be waiting with a name sign.
Central Station pick-up: at the entrance of the garage of the Star hotel Terminus located immediately outside the central station of Naples on the left hand side. The driver will be waiting with a name sign.
